EMU Brake Pad

Our brake production lines were introduced from Akebono Brake in 2008, contains processes including counterboring, slotting, hot riveting, shaping, grinding and engraving, etc. Although the annual production of the new lines is as much as 24,000 pieces, our brake pad has never brought about a railway transportation accident. In 2014, our brake pad achieved the CRCC certification for EMU brake.
Currently, we provide dovetail non-universal Sintered Brake Pad(including EMU (Viecle M) brakes and trailer (Viecle T) brakes) to the 200 kilometers/hour first stage trains and the 300 kilometers/hour first stage trains of locomotive companies such as CRCC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. As part of bogie brake device, our brake pads are mounted on brake calipers through the back dovetail slot, braking by rubbing with brake disc.
